oh dr. phil

Well, I never really did like that he was "forcing" people to air their dirty laundry on TV. I didn't think it was very responsible to put fragile people in the spotlight. But, I figured he knew what he was doing...
I guess some others agreed with my gut feeling, because he is now being investigated by the board. And a fellow psychologist is the one that outed him.
Maybe you shouldn't take advantage of people Phil...

i am in total agreement.

and it appears as thought he has fake teeth just like his wife has had a lot of botox.

they've always given me the creeps.

Personally I don't think he did anything wrong. If I show up at the hospital to offer advice to a friend am I trying to counsel her without a license? I dunno, I think it's just typical media over hyping everything.

i think the key is, he wasn't a friend AND it seemed like he was actually trying to profit from it.

His PhD is in something like engineering. He is not a psychologist. It makes me wonder what qualifications you need in Texas. Maybe that's where I can get licensed as a psychologist?

Is there any doubt that Dr. Phil profits from his show?

not that i want to defend dr phil, but he does have a PhD in clinical psychology...or so says wikipedia. and on that same wiki strain...botox wife is apparently not his first wife. AND this is not his first violation. but again, wikipedia isn't an un-biased, peer--reviewed source
